Sunday Morning

Crepes

You will need:

1 cup flower

1 & 4tbsp Milk

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp sugar

pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients into blender, mix till you see bubbles. I will be very liquidy. Next put a medium size pan on the burner heat at a medium high. Butter pan. Pour a 1/3 cup size into pan (or however big or thick you like it) move pan in circles so mix spreads thin. Cook each side to your liking. I like about a minute and a half for each side.

what i like to put on my crepes:

whipped cream

three berry homemade jam

What you can put on your crepes:

fruit

whipped cream

jam

nutella

syrup

really whatever you prefer.
